Returns (48-Hour Window)



  • Customers have 48 hours from the time of delivery to request a return.
  • To be eligible, the item must be:
    • Unworn
    • Unused
    • In original condition with all tags and packaging




No Refund Policy



  • No refunds will be issued if the product or design is still in your possession after the 48-hour window.
  • If you choose not to return the item within 48 hours, you automatically forfeit eligibility for any refund or exchange.




Return Process



  • To initiate a return, you must contact us within the 48-hour period.
  • Once approved, the item must be shipped back promptly.




Non-Returnable Items



  • Custom or limited edition pieces
  • Worn, damaged, or altered items
  • Items returned after 48 hours




Exchanges (If Applicable)



  • Exchanges are only considered within the 48-hour window and based on availability.
